Was a youngster in the 70s listening to the Kinks at the neighbors house. They had kids older than me who listened to the Kinks and other bands from that time period. I didn’t know how exposed I was to them until I did a deep dive into the Kinks over 2 years ago. Some songs sent me back to certain long forgotten memories. In my estimation the Kinks will always be the cream of the crop. I get them. They’ve got everything! Thank you to the Kinks for sharing their gifts with us. ??
