Haneda Airport is one of two international airports serving Greater Tokyo, Japan. Officially known as Tokyo International Airport, it opened in 1931 and has gradually expanded on reclaimed land to encompass three passenger terminals and four runways. Haneda handled nearly 79 million passengers in 2023, making it the second-busiest airport in Asia and the fifth-busiest in the world.
